$1,000 Signing Bonus from Solar Optimum
Get up to $1,000 Off a new solar panels system from Nov 1 to 30, 2025. For solar systems 7kW or larger, get a $1,000 discount. For new systems between 5kW and 6.99kW, get a $500 discount. The promotional discount will already be included in your solar proposal.

The Tesla Powerwall promotion is based on two separate program offerings from Solar Optimum and Tesla Energy.

$250 Off Per Battery from Solar Optimum
Solar Optimum is offering $250 Off per battery from Nov 1 to 30, 2025 on the Tesla Powerwall 3 battery storage when bundled with a new solar system. If you purchase two batteries, you will get $250 off per storage for a total discount of $500. The discount will be already be included in your battery proposal. This promotional discount is completely separate from Tesla Energy’s Rebate promotion explained below.

Up to $1000 Rebate for Battery from Tesla Energy*
Separately, Tesla Energy is also offering a rebate of $500 per Powerwall 3 or expansion unit installed (up to 2 max). If you purchase one unit, you may qualify for their $500 rebate. If you purchase two units, you may qualify for their $1,000 rebate ($500 x 2). This rebate is exclusively through Tesla Energy and applies to orders between November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Customers must claim their rebate by September 30, 2026. Rebates are issued as a prepaid Visa rewards card.

The $500 Tesla Powerwall Rebate may apply to stand-alone batteries. Solar Optimum cannot install on existing solar systems that are under a lease. Other restrictions will apply.

Homeowner Rebate Registration: November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
Installation & Rebate Submission: January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026

How it Works

1. Homeowners register for the rebate during the registration window and upload their sales contract
2. After installation, they return to the same portal to confirm system details and submit final rebate
3. Once approved, they’ll receive a Virtual Visa Reward Card Rebate within 3 to 7 weeks.
