PROMOTION DETAILS:
Up to $1000 Rebate for Battery from Tesla Energy*
Separately, Tesla Energy is also offering a rebate of $500 per Powerwall 3 or expansion unit installed (up to 2 max). If you purchase one unit, you may qualify for their $500 rebate. If you purchase two units, you may qualify for their $1,000 rebate ($500 x 2). This rebate is exclusively through Tesla Energy and applies to orders between November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Customers must claim their rebate by September 30, 2026. Rebates are issued as a prepaid Visa rewards card.
The $500 Tesla Powerwall Rebate may apply to stand-alone batteries. Solar Optimum cannot install on existing solar systems that are under a lease. Other restrictions will apply.
Key Dates for Tesla Powerwall Rebate (through Tesla Energy)
Homeowner Rebate Registration: November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
Installation & Rebate Submission: January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026
How it Works
- Homeowners register for the rebate during the registration window and upload their sales contract
- After installation, they return to the same portal to confirm system details and submit final rebate
- Once approved, they’ll receive a Virtual Visa Reward Card Rebate within 3 to 7 weeks.
